The docu-fiction "Free and Responsible" points out present-day economic and political problems faced by the society in Serbia. Unlike our first film, "Answers of Freedom", where we've mostly dealt with the theoretical principles of libertarianism, this film is our attempt at starting a discussion about practical problems from a different point of view. We try to recognize certain constraints to individual freedom, and ways in which individuals deal with responsibility.
From neglected questions of how the government controls our money, through everyday questions about investments, government businesses, and corruption, to the questions of solidarity, security, and the maturity of our civil society, we attempt to show the public the kinds of answers we have to those questions.
The author of The film is Romana Vujasinovic, also the author of our previous film, and a new member of Libek.
